What to do with all the veggies you're picking daily from your garden? Here is a quick pasta recipe that the whole family will enjoy: Saute veggies (except tomatoes) in approximately 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Cook pasta according to instructions (I like to use whole wheat spaghetti noodles with tomato spaghettini noodles).
Once veggies are cooked, add 1 clove of garlic, tomatoes and noodles and lightly toss. Season with salt and pepper and top with fresh basil, chopped.
